Clubhouse Pass Rules and Restrictions
1. The Clubhouse pass is not applicable to parties, rentals, camps, or tutoring. All other programs, events,
and extra “add-ons” for specified programs are valid with the pass.
2. Registration is still required for all programs and events. Late-cancellation and no-show fees still apply to
all registrations not cancelled within the allotted time.
3. Families with the Clubhouse Pass will be billed on the 1st of every month and automatically be billed each
month until a Clubhouse Pass Cancellation Form is completed and submitted to the director.
4. The Clubhouse Pass may be started and cancelled at any time, however, pro-rated months are not
available. Cancellation forms must be received by the last day of the intended month to avoid being
charged for the next month.
5. A $10.00 fee will apply to the first month of the Clubhouse Pass being activation. This fee will be applied
each time the Clubhouse Pass is reactivated after previous cancellation. There is no charge to cancel the
Clubhouse Pass.
6. All program age restrictions and space allotments still apply to all Clubhouse Pass users. Please refer to
our seasonal booklet or website for more details.
