This emergency form must be completed prior to leaving your child during any program or event. This form will be permanently kept on file at the S.A.C. Clubhouse and be the parent's responsbility to keep updated with current
information.
Rental Liability Form

must be completed prior
to a rental of the
S.A.C. Clubhouse facility.
These rentals are reserving
the use of the space only.
These forms are not
necessary for organized
birthday parties and
special events lead by the
S.A.C. Clubhouse.
Pool Party Insert
To ensure the safety and participation of all swimmers attending a S.A.C. Clubhouse swim party, we encourage the host to print a copy of the pool party rules for their invitations or direct families to this link for updated pool information.
Class Parties
Class parties are always a big hit with the Clubhouse Crew.
