Summer Camp Registration Form
For ages 4-7

Thank you for your interest in the S.A.C. Clubhouse 2010 Summer Camps!
Please complete the registration form below.  Push the submit button at the bottom of the page, and your camp registration form will be emailed directly to the Clubhouse Director.
Your child will automatically be registered in your designated camps. 
An email will be sent ONLY if the camp you are trying to register for is full. 
Otherwise, you will NOT be contacted by the S.A.C. Clubhouse until a confirmation
call is made the Friday before the first day of camp. 
Changes to your registration form can be made at any time prior to this confirmation.
Please make sure you have an emergency form on file at the S.A.C. Clubhouse prior
to the first day of camp.  Thank you.


Camp Prices
S.A.C. Member Camper
Daily:  $15.00 Weekly:  $60.00

Non-Member Camper
Daily: $20.00  Weekly:  $75.00

Kids Club Lunches (KCL)
$5.00 per day
(included if participating in morning & afternoon camps)
