Sunset Athletic Club Clubhouse
S.A.C. Clubhouse Fun Facts
What is the S.A.C. Clubhouse?
The S.A.C. Clubhouse is a building located on the Sunset Athletic Club Campus dedicated primarily to children’s programming.  We provide a variety of activities throughout the year
for children of many ages, abilities, talents, and interests.
Where is the S.A.C. Clubhouse located?
The S.A.C. Clubhouse is located on the east side of Sunset Athletic Club, separate from the
main facility, just off Cornell Road and across from Sunset High School.
How many staff members work there?
We have 12 Clubhouse Crew members currently on staff, an energetic group of leaders who work hard to provide quality activities and a safe environment for everyone.  All staff are
First Aid/CPR certified and average 10:1 for most events.
What types of parties and rentals do you have?
We personalize all of our special events to fit any occasion; no two parties are the same!
We do birthday parties, family reunions, class parties, team parties, bridal showers,
baby showers, music recitals, dance performances, overnight lock-ins, and more!
You have an event…… we have a space to rent!
How can I get information about upcoming programs or events?
We publish season informational booklets that have the dates and times for all programs,
events, and classes.  We also have a fantastic website constantly updated with the most current information and registration forms: www.sacclubhouse.com.
What ages are the programs designed for?
The S.A.C. Clubhouse proudly welcomes kids ages four and older, who are potty-trained, to participate in most programs.  Kids ages three and older are invited to participate in our hourly Kids Club program as long as parents remain on campus.  Some programs do have specific age requirements, or kids may be separated into age appropriate groups for particular activities.  Please refer to the description of each event and register accordingly.
How do I make a reservation for my child?
Registrations for all events can be made in the S.A.C. Clubhouse activities book
located at the service desk or online at www.sacclubhouse.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due the space allotment for each program, the S.A.C. Clubhouse reserves the right to cancel
an event due to low attendance or charge “no show fees” for each reservation not cancelled within 24 hours prior to start time; no show fees are priced individually for each event.
What is the best way to reach the S.A.C. Clubhouse Director for additional questions?
Erin Cahill, the S.A.C. Clubhouse Director, has different daily office hours which are based
on the Clubhouse programming schedule.  If you are unable to reach her directly, please send
her an email: erin@sacclubhouse.com or leave her a voicemail:  503-645-3535 Ext. 257.
Both are checked on a daily basis, and calls are returned within 24-48 hours.
